Polypropylene is a heat extruded product with long lasting and durable qualities Poly – Polypropylene is a heat extruded product with long lasting and durable qualities. The poly we install is a 200 psi rated pipe that comes in copper tubing and iron pipe sizes. This product works well in medium to long runs. However because it is not cross-linked during the heat extruded process it makes it more vulnerable to cracking if not property installed. All of our products when installed in rocky soil are bedded in a layer of sand for protection.
